DR. MARTENS APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME
If you are interested in starting a career in footwear manufacturing, we want to hear from you. As part of our footwear apprenticeship programme, you will work alongside the production team at our factory in Wollaston, Northants.
You will also, over a 12-month period, learn about footwear production from start to finish, as well as the unique Dr. Martens manufacturing process.

At the end of the programme you will achieve an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Footwear and will be qualified to work as a Footwear Operative in our factory (specialising in Clicking, Closing, Lasting or Finishing).
