DR. MARTENS PRESENTS: BABY’S ALL RIGHT HIGHLIGHTS

Our musical residency at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn is in full swing. Since October, we’ve hosted a series of weekly shows at the Williamsburg hot spot, plus one free monthly show — and we’ve been having a blast.

We’ve lucked out with the lineup, with some of the hottest talent from near and far stopping by the Baby’s All Right stage — from Canadian indie rock sweethearts The Besnard Lakes to female-fronted Philly rock ‘n’ roll from Cayetana —  to play to packed crowds. If you missed any of the shows, no big deal: here’s our Baby’s All Right Spotify mix, plus a breakdown of some of the best moments from the residency so far.

Canadian indie rockers, Besnard Lakes, is made up of husband and wife duo singer/guitarist Jace Lasek and singer/bassist Olga Goreas. Together they brought the sweet sounds of the North Country to the stage.

Cayetana made the 40 minute trek in from Philly, taking the stage after Hemming.

The entire audience was held captive by the lovely sounds of singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers.

A trio of NY-based bands, Pill, Heaven, and Bodega (pictured below in order), brought a ton of energy and ensured the crowd had a fun night.

A second Canadian husband and wife duo, Whitehorse, kicked off October’s series of Baby’s All Right shows with their undeniable chemistry.

London-based Tess Parks just released a joint album with Anton Newcombe of The Brian Jonestown Massacre, but at Baby’s, she shredded solo-style.
