The beginning of October usually means one thing here at Dr. Martens – Neighbourhood festival. The inner-city festival which is held in Manchester music venues is a sell-out year after year, meaning it’s the best place to check out rising talent. This year we took over the Deaf Institute with a total of 9 sets, from the likes of Fuzzy Sun, Apre, The Pale White , When Young and Stereo Honey. We also put on an in-store gig with Manchester’s very own rising punk band Cabbage.
Catch some of our favourite moments from the takeover below…
Lancaster based band Lowes took to the stage with a storming set of bright, electronic pop…
We caught up with some of the gig-goers stepping out in Docs.
Manchester’s own, Cabbage brought their punk inspired antics to a packed-out space in our Manchester Market Street store.
