I am a huge fan of the old school Dr Martens fisherman 8092. I know they have not been made in several years. I have been looking on line for about six months trying to find someone selling a pair that were never worn. That was impossible. So I started looking for a gently used pair. All I could find were the ones not made in England. But after acouple of months of looking I found apair. It would be great if dr marten would offer them again. The ones made in England.
I AGREE!!!!!
I bought a pair of gryphon Brando sandals after all others did not fit due to high instep and change of front piece sole more pointed than rounded. My toes being a good inch away from the front of the sole.
The general quality of the products gone down whilst price doubled. I do wish they would punch the strap holes bigger as they are a fiddle and off putting. Still wearing my fisherman sandals and Doc boots bought 25 years ago
Perhaps a remake of older styles would suit a reliable older person market rather than throw away youngsters.
I am 70 years and enjoyed the development and progression of a good and dedicated brand
Hi George, thank you for sharing this feedback. We value feedback, particularly from a lifelong customer like yourself. I’ve sent this note onto our design team so that they have this on file when considering future ranges and styles.
The original would outsell everything else…why would you stop success?
Really nice blog. Got to understand a lot about the sandals and footwear
The sandals are looking so attractive and charming at all.
